Ste. Michelle Wine Estates Promotes Ashleigh Sabold to Senior Vice President, Region Sales

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, the Northwest’s leading wine company, has promoted Ashleigh Sabold to Senior Vice President, Region Sales. In her expanded role, Sabold will oversee the company’s Region Sales organization with responsibility for strengthening distributor partnerships, and advancing performance of Ste. Michelle’s iconic Northwest brands nationwide.

Sabold will lead the Region Vice Presidents for the Southwest, Northwest, Central, and Southeast regions, as well as the Sales Planning function. She will also continue overseeing the Northeast Region alongside her current team.

With more than two decades of sales and distributor management experience, Sabold has built a track record of guiding high performing teams with strategic clarity and strong commercial execution. She joined Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in March 2023 as Vice President, Independent Region, before moving into the role of Regional Vice President, Northeast Sales. Prior to joining Ste. Michelle, Sabold served as Division Vice President, Northeast at Treasury Wine Estates for ten years, following earlier leadership roles with J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines.

Before entering the wine industry, Sabold began her career as a second grade teacher—an experience she credits for shaping her leadership style and communication approach.

Sabold resides in Fairfield County, Connecticut, where she enjoys life with her husband, two children, and chocolate lab. An avid runner, she is happiest by the water.
