Ste. Michelle Wine Estates Announces Leadership Team Under New Local Ownership
WOODINVILLE, Wash.
Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, the Northwest’s leading wine company, today announced its executive leadership team following its recent acquisition by the Wyckoff family of Eastern Washington. David Bowman has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, and Anna Mosier will serve as President and Chief Financial Officer.
The Wyckoff family’s recent purchase Ste. Michelle’s Washington wine brands, assets and vineyards marked the first time in more than 50 years that Ste. Michelle is owned by a private Washington-based company.

About the Leaders
Bowman, a 25-year veteran of the wine industry, joined Ste. Michelle in 2021 as CEO of its California properties before becoming Chief Commercial Officer in 2023. His prior experience includes executive roles at Jackson Family Wines, The Wonderful Company, The Wine Group, and E. & J. Gallo Winery, spanning sales, marketing, strategy, and M&A.Mosier joined Ste. Michelle in 2024 serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer and CFO. Previously, she served as President of House of Smith and held leadership roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery overseeing strategic planning, P&L management, M&A, and premium wine grape growing and operations. Earlier in her career, Mosier worked at Procter & Gamble in financial and strategic planning across operations and commercial units.
