Tygh Wyckoff joined Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in 2026 as Executive Vice President, Strategy & Innovation, with responsibility for identifying and advancing opportunities that strengthen Ste. Michelle's portfolio and business model.

Tygh brings a disciplined approach to strategy, innovation, and organizational leadership shaped by more than a decade in medicine and healthcare management. He has extensive experience leading complex organizations, guiding business activities, and driving decision-making in highly specialized and fast-paced environments.

Before joining Ste. Michelle, Tygh served as President of Matrix Anesthesia Overlake, overseeing clinical operations and business activities across multiple hospitals and facilities. He also served as chair of Overlake Hospital's Credentials Committee and previously held leadership positions on both Matrix's corporate and divisional boards.

Tygh earned his Executive MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business while practicing medicine full time. A lifelong Washingtonian, he is committed to strengthening our wine brands, elevating Washington wine, and building on Ste. Michelle's legacy for generations to come.
