Don Odegard

Chief Operating Officer

Don Odegard joined Ste. Michelle in 2026 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him more than 26 years of executive experience in vertically integrated agribusiness, strategic management, and organizational optimization.

Based out of our Columbia Crest facility in Paterson, Washington, Don oversees all operations from vineyard to bottle. Don has worked with agricultural organizations ranging from $100 million to over $1 billion in revenue, consistently strengthening operational and financial performance, and fostering high‑trust, high‑performance cultures.

Before joining Ste. Michelle, Don served as a performance improvement consultant supporting clients across the Pacific Northwest, including NW Farm Credit Services (now AgWest), and held senior leadership roles with Blue Star Growers, Hancock Natural Resource Group (now Manulife), Grimmway Farms, Lamb Weston Conagra Foods and Watts Brothers Farms and Frozen Foods.
