Randy Furtner brings more than 30 years of finance and operations leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, where he oversees Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and Information Technology.

Randy has extensive experience leading teams across complex, asset‑intensive businesses in food manufacturing and agribusiness, consistently improving financial performance, modernizing systems, and strengthening organizational effectiveness.

Before joining Ste. Michelle in 2026, Randy served as CFO of Grimmway Farms, where he led major automation and systems‑modernization efforts that improved execution and profitability across a highly complex, labor-intensive agricultural operation. He also served twice as CFO of Trident Seafoods, contributing to a multi‑year turnaround and significant capital investments. Previously he held CFO roles at CTI Foods and senior finance leadership positions at Lamb Weston, ConAgra Foods Refrigerated Meats, and Battelle’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
