Shawn Conway

Chief Executive Officer

Shawn Conway serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, leading the company’s 1000 employees and more than two dozen winery brands across three states.

Shawn is a seasoned executive, bringing more than thirty years of experience in leadership roles across several consumer product categories. Most recently he served as the CEO of Peet’s Coffee, and prior to that he spent nearly a decade at SKYY Spirits, a subsidiary of the Campari Group, a major player in the global spirits industry. Prior to SKYY Spirits, he served as chief financial officer and Vice-President of operations for Gateway Learning Corporation, general manager of New Ventures at Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream and held several finance-related positions at the Clorox Company. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Finance from Santa Clara University.
