David Bowman

Chief Executive Officer

David Bowman serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates.

With 25 years of wine industry experience, David joined Ste. Michelle in 2021 to lead its California properties and went on to serve as Chief Commercial Officer in 2023 before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2026. Prior to Ste. Michelle, David held executive positions with Jackson Family Wines, The Wonderful Company, The Wine Group, and E & J Gallo Winery spanning sales, marketing, strategy, and M&A functions. David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. David has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Wine Institute and the Sonoma State University Wine Business Institute, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin.
