Dan Heller is Chief Commercial Officer for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, leading the company’s sales and marketing organization.

A seasoned commercial executive with more than 40 years in the U.S. beverage alcohol industry, Dan brings deep expertise in building brands, expanding distribution, and strengthening commercial execution across domestic and international markets.

During his tenure with Ste. Michelle, Dan has been a key driver of the company’s growth and evolution. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing, overseeing national accounts, international sales and distribution, customer marketing, category management and insights, wine education, and e‑commerce. Prior to that role, Dan was the Executive Vice President of Sales, managing domestic go-to-market execution with a 100+ person sales and support team. Earlier in his career, Dan held a senior position at Constellation Brands.

An advocate in the wine industry, Dan previously served on the Senior Executive Committee for Women of the Vines & Spirits as well as on the group’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force.
